Online experiential learning brings together innovative online education courses that offer deep engagement with a grassroot level cross-cultural development organisation. Learning is facilitated through monthly interactions with selected field mentors; learning with and from co-students from across the world; along with a 2-6 week personal contact program in South Asia (India or Nepal) to facilitate an on-ground research project.
This learning model allows students to take the knowledge gained from the course content and apply it directly and immediately to a valuable project in a development organisation.
Within this program, it is also possible to utilise a buddy learning partner who is working on-ground in a grassroot level community based organisation to undertake some basic research activities on your behalf. You will be able to validate the field knowledge and experience with a short visit at any time of the course ranging from few weeks to few months.
