Opens with the September 2026 cohort.

The CIEEL student learning portal — coursework, KARCA Spiral journals, peer-cohort discussion, JiEEL editorial workspace — goes live for the September 2026 founding cohort. It will be available at learn.cieel.org once admitted fellows receive their access credentials.

If you are an applicant for the September 2026 cohort, you do not need a portal login yet. All admissions correspondence is handled by email. Acknowledgements arrive within two business days; status updates and interview scheduling follow by email throughout the rolling review period.

If you are a faculty advisor or partner-institution coordinator looking for the partner portal, that workspace also activates with the cohort intake — for now, please write to partnerships@cieel.org for institutional discussions.
